The core of the system is the Ascot PO.IN.SPower Injector System that is 4 quadrant inverter that merge the diesel generators with the discontinuous solar source without harming the genset and maintaining the stability of the power supplied. Thanks to this stability, guaranteed by the PO.IN.S, the solar penetration can reach the 100% by properly sizing the energy storage.
