All our power solutions are supported by fast response expert service technicians from Ascot. All spare parts can be ordered and supplied within 24 hours fully-stocked by local network.

CENTRALIZED SERVICE CENTER

The Centralized Sevice Center (CSC) is a division of Ascot Industrial made of a team of experts specifically trained to ensure a prompt technical support for the customers through an operative and capillary organization spread out globally. The CSC is supported by a well structured database, in which all the products manufactured are track recorded with a history not less than 15 years to ensure to the clients a long term support.

The Service available in the CSC are replicated in different scale, in the Node Service Center and in the Partner Service Center to ensure a short – cut for the clients to have the products serviced on time.


NODE SERVICE CENTER

The Node Service Centers (NSC) are independent structures belonging to ASCOT and located in strategic areas, in which the CSC services are implemented with the scope to maintain a high standard to support the Clients and the local “Partner Service Centers”.


PARTNER SERVICE CENTER

The Partner Service Center (PASC) are independent structure normally managed by the Ascot Re-seller around the world, to provide a local support on site for the clients in accordance with the Ascot Standard parameter.
When acting as re-seller, they guarantee a full end-to-end support for the clients:
– Sales & Delivery
– Mobilization to the site
– Installation
– Commissioning & Start-up maintenance.
